Class of 2025 Timeline

November 6, during Pack Time - National Achiever @ CHS for Senior Meeting and to distribute order forms for cap & gown and Senior Swag items.
November 22, during both lunches - National Achiever @ CHS to deliver Senior Swag items and pick up any cap & gown order forms.
December 13 - due date for senior portrait submittal for yearbook. Submittal deadline closed - no photos accepted after December 13.
December 15 - deadline for cap & gown and senior swag orders to guarantee on-time delivery (items will be delivered to & distributed at CHS in the spring). Orders placed after this date may incur an expedited processing fee.
February 7 - due date for yearbook senior ad purchase/submittal. Get yours here.
March 31 - due date for senior slideshow photos (see more info below).
June 5 - Senior Awards Night @ 6pm at the district office.
June 8 - PTSA Sponsored Baccalaureate @ 4pm at the district office. This event is open to all. Light refreshments will be served.
June 11 - Last Day for Seniors! - Elementary Grad Walks (CVE, SWE, CE, RLC). Buses leave CHS at 10am and return by 12pm, followed by Senior Checkout - Seniors will receive graduation tickets upon submittal of completed checkout forms, signed by their counselor.
June 11 - Senior Parade and Slideshow! Parade lineup will start at 5:30pm at CHS. Planned departure time from CHS is 6pm. The route will lead to the district office, where slideshow will follow at 7pm. See info below for photo submission.
June 13 - Graduation Day! Mandatory rehearsal (& breakfast!) starting at [time TBD] at Overlake Christian Church. Graduation ceremony starts at 7pm - doors open at 6:15p. Buses will depart for Grad Night after ceremony (time TBD). Buses will load directly at the church.
June 14 - seniors arrive at Duvall Safeway @ 5:30am.


Senior Information Packet now available in English and Spanish. This document is full of helpful information and answers all your questions regarding grad week, the graduation ceremony, and more.

Senior Slideshow photo submission: submit your six high-res photos to classof2025@outlook.com. Horizontal images work best for the slideshow. Building the senior slideshow takes a ton of time for our volunteers. We are asking for your photos to be submitted before March 31st. The slideshow will be shared at the slideshow event on June 11th at the ESC.
Picture ideas:  Baby pics, family pics, groups of friends, sport pics and senior pictures.
