Senior Information

Hey Seniors!

There are a lot of senior activities coming up and we want you to be aware of what is happening in the next few weeks.


The PTSA will be at Cedarcrest during advisory THIS Wednesday, January 26th to discuss the Senior Grad Night Celebration & Grad Week activities. There will be pictures from previous grad nights and discussion of what this long-standing tradition of CHS Grad Night celebration is all about. There will be time for questions and answers so bring any questions that you may have. They will also be taking grad night registration forms and payment for you to turn in.


Below are the Class of 2022 important dates:

  • Senior Awards Night: Thursday, June 2nd @ 6:00 pm

  • Baccalaureate: Sunday, June 5th, 2022 @ 6:00 pm

  • Last day for Seniors: June 8th

  • PTSA Senior Slide Show: Wednesday, June 8th @ 7:00 pm

    • Seniors! You and your family can submit photos for the PTSA senior slide show that will take place in June. Email photos to CHSseniorpics2022@gmail.com. Each Senior can have a maximum of six photos. Please state in your email the number of photos sent so we can confirm that's the number we received. Photo Format should be a JPG or PNG.

  • Senior Parade: Thursday, June 9th

  • Graduation Practice: Friday, June 10th @ 8:30 am at Overlake Christian Church

  • Graduation Ceremony: Friday, June 10th @ 7:00 pm at Overlake Christian Church

  • Grad Night Celebration: Friday June 10th Begins immediately after graduation and ends at 5:00 am Saturday Morning

*Tickets for the Grad Night Celebration are $150 if paid before 3/1/22 and $175 if paid after that date. To purchase tickets online go to:


**Adopt a Senior will be starting soon!! If you would like to be a part of adopt a senior, you can get a head start and fill out the attached form and bring it to the advisory meeting on the 26th. If you are in running start, please fill out the form and have it ready for the Class of 2022 Adopt A Senior Facebook site when you get “adopted”. Adopt a Senior Favorites

Thank you for sharing these upcoming senior activities! Participating in social events can help reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness. And for those who may be concerned about future health needs, exploring options like hospice care 6 months before death elderly can provide peace of mind.
